Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had a great time. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, offering free drinks upon arrival. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect, just a few blocks from the main shopping street and right by public transportation. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with both hot and cold options.
The rooms were quite small and lacked natural lighting. The shower pressure was also weak and temperature fluctuated.

The location of this place is very convenient, as it is near an underground station and within walking distance to Kadifekale. It's a great spot for a trip.

free slippers
first, the staff don't speak english exept one receptionist. because of this, i got some troubles during my stay. second, my room was very smokey, so i moved to another room. the second room has no bad smell. i don't recommend this hotel to people who don't like smoking because some hotel staff smoke on the grand floor.

The service was efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The bathroom was bigger than in most Turkish hotels I have stayed in.

Service was great. Staff very friendly. Lobby looked great, free internet. Valet car park.
Shower took 10 minutes to get warm. Rooms quite small. Hotel needs to do some repairs to rooms. Not enough electric points in room. Parrot in lobby and other guests were loud, as rooms were directly next to lobby. Surroundings outside of hotel are shabby and noisy, as in trucks driving by, a lot of stray dogs and cats.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, as the prices are very reasonable for what you get. The attention to detail is commendable, with the staff providing a warm welcome and even offering complimentary drinks upon arrival. The location of the hotel is also a major plus, as it is situated on a typical alleyway away from the bustling city center, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the Çankaya Metro station, making it easy to explore other parts of the city, such as the Kadifekale Castle. The rooms, as shown in the photos on the hotel's website, are cozy and comfortable, with basic amenities and even plastic flowers to add a touch of charm. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel is satisfying, ensuring a good start to the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was very satisfying.

Frendly staff, clean room, low price
Room was small, room decoration was not so nice for serious people: picture on the wall with the woman practically not dressed.

Great location near the Basmane train station, in a nice and safe street, also close to the Bazaar. Friendly staff, and except for my room the hotel seems nice.
Tiny (single) room, and the bathroom was terribly equipped, the plumber work must have been really bad, nothing was in the function it should be, with lots of loose parts, although it did not seem to be that old.

Nice value for money, rooms are clean and comfortable. the breakfast was great and there is a lovely sitting area outside. the hotel is located near the main bazaar and a short walk to the castle.
Some of the rooms didn't have hot water or a working shower, it was a bit of a hassle to get it fixed. the staff were friendly but a little lacking in English fluency.

The hotel was overprized and not in a good location. My shower was broken and flooded our bathroom. The staff did nothing to fix it. My friends and I ended up only staying there for one night and then switched hotels.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main bazaar, making it easy to explore and shop for souvenirs. there is a supermarket nearby, allowing guests to stock up on any necessities they may need. the Cankaya Metro station is also within walking distance, providing easy access to transportation around the city.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, as guests have reported finding cigarette butts and stains in their accommodations.

The staff of the hotel was polite. The hotel was close to some sites, if you visite Izmir for sightseeing.
The hotel was not cost effective. The breakfast was very poor. There was not hot water in the bathroom. The bathroom was not very clean. In general, we paid too much for that room and these services.

Hotel staff were very kind and nice. They send me my passport I've forgotten in our room. I thank you! The room was also very clean.
We didn't appreciate the floor of the room which was a slope...
